I'm far from being a vegetarian, but I do like turkey...on Thanksgiving and Christmas. Other than those two days, I'm strictly a meat and potatoes kinda gal. But I have many friends who are vegetarians, so I know what type of food they prefer. And every one of them like this sandwich. This turkey burger doesn't taste like turkey at all. It's got a taste of it's own, and...surprisingly, I actually like it. It's light and tasty...a great sandwich for a hot summer day. Try it. You'll see what I mean.
