Beef Lasagna

1 container prepared Spaghetti Sauce (Listed on this site)
3-4 cp Mozzarella Cheese, grated
2 boxes Lasagna Noodles
1 large container Small Curd Cottage Cheese

While sauce is still hot, add 1 lg container Small Curd Cottage Cheese. Stir until cheese begins to melt (1 minute). Prepare Lasagna Noodles according to package instructions, drain and rinse with warm water.

Layer ingredients in a 13" x 9" x 2" baking dish or pan, as follows: Pour thin layer of sauce inside bottom of dish or pan. Add a thin layer of grated cheese, and arrange Noodles over top of cheese, making sure ends overlap and mixture is well covered. Follow up with another layer of sauce, then grated cheese, then noodles. Top with remaining sauce, then remaining cheese.

Bake at 350' for 1 hour. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Serve with green salad and garlic bread.
