Strawberry Crepé Filling

1 qt fresh Strawberries, cleaned and thinly sliced
Juice from 1 lemon
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
½ cup Powdered Sugar

Fill crepés with filling and fold each side over the top. Dust top with powdered sugar or drizzle with smooth cream cheese syrup. Garnish with fresh mint and 2-3 ripe strawberries.

May substitute strawberries with raspberries, blueberries or boysenberries.
