2 lb Pork Tri-Tip, cut to 1"
1 dash Worcestershire
_ cp Soy Sauce
_ cp Hot Sauce (any brand)
_ cp Honey
2 tbsp Olive or Crisco Oil
2 tsp Curry Powder
2 tbsp White Onion, diced
Combine above ingredients and soak Tri-Tip in sauve from 2 hours to overnight. Remove Tri-Tip from marinade and alternate with vegetables below.
12-16 Cherry Tomatoes
2 Sweet Onions, cut to 1"
12-16 fresh Mushrooms
1 lg Green Bell Pepper
1 lg Red Bell Pepper (Opt)
BBQ or grill Kebabs, basting pork with remainder of marinade sauce.
6-8 servings
