1 Vanilla Cake (Type of cake mix that requires you add oil, eggs, and water)
2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream (liquid)
½ cup Powdered Sugar
2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
2 medium ripe Bananas
Bake cake following instructions on package. Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour.
In cold bowl, combine whipping cream, sugar and vanilla. Whip on high speed until stiff peaks form. Cover the center of the cake with a layer of sliced bananas. Top the bananas with a layer of whipped cream mixture. Add top layer of cake and frost with remaining cream mixture.
