TIPS: Soften Brown Sugar

Place a slice of fresh bread inside a package
of hard brown sugar. The sugar will soften in a couple of hours.

Good hint, Carol Ann, and you can also use a terra cotta brown sugar softener disc! ;o)

By the way, I looked at some of your appetizer recipes, and they looked very good! I liked the sound of the Crusty Garlic Bread. This weekend would be a great time for that!

Hi Cindy-

I've just returned to work after the long weekend, and I was so excited to find your comment waiting for me. Thank you, and Welcome to my website.

I'm not sure if you're aware of it, Cindy, but you are the very first visitor to leave a comment for me. And because you're the first visitor, I would like to send you a 'Free' set of Pansavers for your cookware.

If you will email your color choice and an address where I can send them, I will get them in the mail right away.

Were you able to try the Crusty Garlic Bread recipe? By the way, that garlic bread goes perfectly with my Chinese Chicken Salad recipe.

I am so looking forward to hearing from you again, Cindy. Please let me know what you think of the Chinese Chicken Salad.

Have a wonderful day, Cindy!

Carol Ann

ps: ...have any good recipes hiding in your kitchen? If so, please feel free to post them on the blog. Blessings.
