1½ lbs Fresh Extra Lean Ground Beef
1 can (10½oz) Cream of Mushroom Soup
¼ cup Milk
1 can (14¼oz) Cut Green Beans
¼ tsp Garlic Powder
¼ tsp Seasoned Salt
½ tsp Dried Onion Flakes
1 tsp Dried Parsley flakes; slightly crushed
Divide ground beef into six (6) equal parts. With hands, mold each part into six (6) small cups, making sure each cup has 1” sides and a deep well in the center. Place beef cups inside a 9” x 12” baking dish with the sides touching. Combine garlic powder and seasoned salt, mix well and sprinkle over the top of the beef cups, as evenly as possible. Follow this with the dried onion flakes. Open and drain green beans, and spoon them into the wells, in equal parts. Be sure to use the entire can of green beans. Set aside.
Combine soup and milk in a small bowl, and stir by hand until well blended. Pour this mixture over the top of the green beans. Sprinkle the Parsley Flakes over the top of the beef cups, in equal parts.
Cover the entire dish with aluminum foil, and bake in a 350º oven for 30 minutes. Remove aluminum foil and cook for an additional 10 minutes. Test the ground beef to make sure it is done. Regardless of how you prefer your ground beef (med-rare, medium or well done), the edges of the beef cups should not be dry or dark brown in color. Serve immediately.

Hello: Just looking at your pictures makes me hungry for more. Well done. mc
Best Blogs
And a 'good Saturday af'noon to you, Mr. mc.
I'm pleased to know my typing and photography skills haven't been a total waste of time. When you get an opportunity, you should try my favorites; Chinese Chicken Salad (Salad), Flank Steak and Rice (Beef), and last, but not least, my daughter-in-law's contribution to the site, Creamy Apple Wreath (Bread). Always the first to go at my house.
Thanks for the encouragement.
I need all the 'kudos' I can get.
Hello "said";
I didn't understand a thing you wrote, but that doesn't mean I don't get the point you attempted to communicate.
It would be much better if I spoke your language. However, I've always been a good sport about challenges, so here goes...
Thank you for your response to the Burger Bean Cups recipe. I truly hope you enjoy it. Please visit my website again, whenever you have the desire to try a new dish. Only...next time, you might want to preface your message with a page from the story, "The Littlest Colonel", starring Shirley Temple.
Have a wonderful day!
Dear "said";
My son told me he intended to play a trick on me after the recipe exchange was finished and on the Web. Please tell me you're name is William, and I didn't just make a total fool out of myself in front of millions of readers.
In any case, Burger Bean Cups have always been a big hit in our house, and I'm very sure you will agree after you've had an opportunity to try them.
"Sincerely"
A very humble; Carol Ann
