Tuna-Crab Salad

1 small can Tuna (in water, not oil); drained and blotted
1 small can Crab (white meat); drained and blotted
1 stalk of ripe Celery (nearly white in color); diced small
3 Green Onions; slice lengthwise into quarters, then thinly sliced
2 whole Vlasic Original Dill Pickles; diced small

1 medium ripe Tomato; chopped small
1/4 cup Chopped Black Olives
1 tbsp Sliced Almonds; lightly toasted; broken
1 tsp Sesame Seeds; lightly toasted
4-6 fresh Crunch Rolls, or bread of choice
8-10 crisp Lettuce leaves of choice

Dressing:
1/3 cup Best Foods Mayonnaise, rounded 1 tbsp Sour Cream; rounded
1 dash Lowry's Seasoned Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper

Combine all ingredients; add salad dressing, and mix well. Best if chilled a few hours prior to serving. Serve as sandwich filling or over bed of fresh lettuce. Granish with sprigs of fresh parsley and whole black olives.






4-6 sandwiches or 4 salads.

Quick & Easy Tuna Casserole

1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (May sub: Cream of Celery Soup)
½ cup whole Milk

1 large can of Tuna in oil (drained)
1 pkg Wide Egg Noodles; prepared as instructed on package

10-12 Plain Lays Potato chips; crushed
¼ tsp of each: Black Pepper; Seasoned Salt, Garlic Powder; and Onion Powder
Optional: May add 1 can Green Giant Peas

In 9"x13" baking dish, combine the first four (4) ingredients and mix well. Add spices, one at a time, and mix well. Crush and sprinkle potato chips over top of mixture. Cover baking dish with a large piece of aluminum foil, and seal edges securely. B
ake in a 350º oven for 30 minutes.

Tuna Casserole

1 large can Tuna (in oil)
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 small yellow onion
4 stalks celery (diced)
1 cup milk

1 package Wide Egg Noodles
1 small jar Pimentos (diced)
2 tbsp Butter
1 can (10½ oz) Cheddar Cheese Soup
1 tsp Garlic Powder

1 tbsp Flour
Sprinkle Parmesan Cheese (to taste)

Prepare Noodles as instructed - rinse in warm water - set aside.
Saute vegetables in Butter and Garlic Powder. Add milk and stir well. Add soups, flour, and Tuna. Stir well. Combine Tuna mixture with Noodles and pour into greased 9"x13" baking dish. Sprinkle top with Parmesan Cheese, as desired.

Bake in 350º oven for 30 minutes, until top is golden brown.
